Three updates to notification behavior:
- Patient reminder emails will no longer go out for assignments that are completed, voided or canceled
- Staff will no longer get an email when they are included in a form assignment. Instead, they will only be notified when it is their turn to sign the form.
- Patient reminder emails will stop 30 days after they were assignedsome text
- This is a temporary stopgap while we develop a more comprehensive feature
Notification triggers and logic in CareXP have not met customer expectations, and we are taking steps to prevent support issues and patient impacts .
