Sort by due date on the episode of care assignment list

Clicking the sort button on the due date column now sorts the assignments by “Due Date” on the “Episode” page.  

All assignments can be sorted by their due date in ascending order on the first click, and descending order on the second click.  

Subsequent clicks will repeat this pattern.

If assignments are in a bundle, the bundle should remain together.  The due date listed for that bundle will reflect the assignment with the earliest due date within that bundle.  

Previously, the sort by due date functionality on the episodes page was not working correctly as there was no set order when clicking the sorting arrow.
