“IDV” and “Blocked By” icons highlight when assignment is active

“IDV” authentication and “Blocked By” icons now display in green color when a form assignment is set to active.  

Previously, the “IDV” and “Blocked By” icons remained in gray color even when they were active on the form assignment.
