When patients are assigned a combined envelope with forms to review, they will be able to see what’s included in the envelope once they log into the portal. This enhancement brings greater clarity to patients on the number and types of forms they need to review.
Note: The assignment tile is defaulted to display three forms and clicking the “View More” will display the rest of the forms in the combined envelope.
